(Sweatshirt: Kenzo [similar here], Shirt: Joie, Shorts: Quiksilver)
I've been waiting a long time for this sweatshirt. The authenticity is questionable due to my irrational eBay purchasing. But I finally got it. Who cares [yeah okay.. I do kind of.] I initially saw it via fashion streetstyle blogs, nearly cried when I realized I couldn't afford a $300+ sweatshirt, even learned the history of the tiger sweatshirt, and then waited. I finally scored one on Ebay for a lot less than the original kelly green one I had been loathing. And I had to wait a looong time for it to come in the mail. Which makes me realize that its probably not from Europe like stated but a little further east where knockoffs are common.
Yes, I think I got a knockoff of the coveted Kenzo Tiger Sweatshirt. I am ashamed. But but.. I probably wouldn't have owned it otherwise. Which is why personal style can be a compromise sometimes. I always think that I would have impeccable style if I could afford it. But my taste doesn't necessarily match my budget. So I have to make sacrifices. I love fashion.. but not enough to max out my credit card for the the latest collection. I can wait.. and in this case.. find an "alternative." It happens.
The Sweater. Real or not.
