I had to book a last minute work trip to Australia for a project I am working on with Teva [such an exciting opportunity and I cannot wait to share it with you all!!] Packing for this trip was probably the most stressful part of planning the trip [among other last minute details].
Packing for any trip is always a little tricky. It is always a balance between packing light but everything right. And after a couple trips over the years I think I have it down to my own personal science. I especially think dressing appropriately for the plane is important.
Someone recently told me wearing a jumpsuit on the plane was a horrible idea [taking it off when you have to use the bathroom, comfort, etc.] but I have to disagree. It is so damn comfortable and easy. You don’t have to worry about coordinating comfort, color, and style between your top and bottom. And there is always a fine line between pajamas and street clothes when you dressing for comfort. A jumpsuit is one seamless piece. I especially like this Black Crane jumpsuit I recently bought at No.808 in Haleiwa. It is so damn comfortable (and easy to take off to use the bathroom!) And it is different. I love wearing outfits that are always questionable to some and only a few select get it.
This outfit is my official travel outfit. Plane, car, bus.
Outfit on the plane.
